Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or utilizing Builterior, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access our spatial discovery platform or utilize our designer studio software.

2. Platform Roles & User Conduct Builterior serves as a specialized network connecting high-intent homeowners with verified interior architects and studios: - **Design Partners & Studios:** Must hold valid credentials, provide genuine portfolio photographs and project documentation, and conduct communications professionally. - **Homeowners & Clients:** Agree to submit bona fide project inquiries and respect designer intellectual property.

3. Intellectual Property Rights All photographs, 3D renders, spatial floor plans, and architectural specifications uploaded to Builterior remain the intellectual property of the respective designers or studios. Users may not copy, scrape, or reproduce design assets without explicit written authorization.

4. Turnkey Proposals & Agreements Quotations, milestone schedules, and agreements generated through our proposal builder represent mutual understandings between clients and independent design partners. Builterior provides the workflow infrastructure and does not act as a direct construction contractor unless explicitly agreed under a managed turnkey contract.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments Pro subscriptions, studio seats, and verified partner memberships renew on a predictable recurring schedule as selected. Cancellations may be initiated at any time prior to the next billing interval through your studio billing settings.

6. Modifications to Service We reserve the right to refine, modify, or enhance our platform tools and terms. Notice of material revisions will be published across our official channels or communicated via support@builterior.com.
